Our WA gold miners have been taken over by stealth by the US banksters to use as feed stock for their market bubbles markets. If Chinese interests tried stamping their names all over the registers of our mining companies they would be dragged through the foreign investment review board and spat out the other side but the US banksters have taken over our companies with impunity under the noses of investors and regulators. The authenticity of our home grown mining industry is all but gone and has been replaced by a pathetic system of falsified valuations that have no basis in the fundamentals of these companies. The growth in "value" of these companies has not been organically driven nor driven by the profits of the gold they have won from the ground in the combined 21 years these two companies have been mining gold. As mentioned the combined net cash that this merged company will hold is a pathetic $118 million with SAR never having paid a dividend in 11 years of mining.

You better hope that the actual modest amounts of cash that have been be generated from the actual mining of gold over the combined 21 years and invested in the Super Pit pay off for you and the bankster markets hold up along with the price of gold or your falsified valuation will become quickly exposed. I don't have the time or desire to go through the exercise of calculating how much these two companies have generated through real profits form the actual mining of gold in the last combined 21 years versus what they have raised through mining markets (printing shares) and gorging on bankster debt. The answer to this question will explain what you are really invested in. This merger is just part of the bankster's bigger scheme to inflate their rigged markets (any stocks that they can pump higher are good stocks at the moment) because the banks themselves are sick sick sick having needed over a trillion in Fed repo market commitments between Sept 19 2019 and mid March when the financial system was in collapse. P.S. rumour has it that BB's use by date expires in about 6 months.Esh
