So it can't required much capital at all ... they would likely lease all trucks and shovels ... be mostly Opex.
Thus the question we get answered in the DFS is both Opex (is $122 still valid (?) and whats LT ASP for 28.5% DSO)
The price below is BPL= 70% (what the Morrocan price/grade is shown) and using the adopted conversion factors
So with BPL = 70% then
P2O5 = 32%
(which would discount our 28.5% grade to ~89% of quoted grade ... i.e. if Morocco is US$345 then AEV (at best) should be ~US$307)
How confident would you be in a LT price price ... sure LFP demand going up fast 2022 and of course COVID kept in low 2020.
LFP Market Forecast ... and the point of this is to think about "the slope" of the price chart above ...
So the big unknown is always that future price ... and an assumption that there is an OTA indexed to a benchmark less some discount.
