The timing has been terrible. If OCC had given ATI interim results last June (2020) how different things might have been. To be frank, there are other bio-techs I have small positions in that I've mostly built recently, that have done far worse (CYP, PAR, PNV...MSB I had a moderate position on this year and has eroded most of my 2021 profits). You are invested in a small cap, negative free cash flow stock. It was always a risk. NOw on the verge of announcements is not the time to sell.
