This is definitely good news. Also the fact that JK has announced that they have "a further set of questions which they expect to respond promptly within the next couple of days." indicates that JK/ISX does not consider any of the question onerous, since they can respond so quickly. But the bottom line is, we have at least another 3-4 weeks to go.

We need be as thoughtful in our analysis of the ASX as we are of ISX.

    1. Was it right of the ASX to suspend ISX's shares for volatility? Yes.
The shares bumped in a period of 6 days from $1.76 down to $.65 and back up to $1.07. Every time that the ASX sent out another set of questions, there would have been a panic with non-long term holders if they read some of the unsubstantiated and emotional posts from "nay sayers". Some investors would have lost money. Until this is done and a report comes out, ISX must stay suspended.

    2. Do I think the ASX may be searching for reasons to have a negative report on ISX? No.
    (a) The ASX would be responding to complaints and news articles about ISX and will wish to be "seen" to be investigating ISX thoroughly. And, frankly, we want that as well. If they do not do this, people can continue speculating on points not covered by the ASX and the result will be more volatility, and perhaps more suspensions.
    (b) Although the detail investigators are real people with real egos and with the ability to have preconceived biases, there is no way that management, with all its legal and accounting specialists would let investigators egos and biases allow the ASX to get into a legal, costly and unwinnable battle.

    3. And do I really think that the ASX is doing this because they may be in competition at some point with ISX? No. The ASX is not that stupid. This would easily place the ASX in an investigation and a long and expensive lawsuit.

We need to take a deep breath, keep rationally attacking unsubstantiated rumours, insinuations and speculative declarations of guilt so that when this company is released from suspension, it securely meets it's share price with respect to its promise and its potential. And, if the report is positive (and/or with perhaps a few recommendations), we need to hold true to our positions even if others panic.

Think like a long term holder, not as a day-trader - or as a person who makes his or her earnings by "shorting" shares in the market.
