I think there's just some further detail in the actual contract that we'd need to see here @MeToo

I don't necessarily see there being a conflict between the 2 statements as there may well be an initial term (i.e. duration) for the offtake that is 2 or more years, and hence it is 'multi-year', and the term (i.e. duration) of the offtake may continue to be automatically renewed for a further year thereafter, in each successive year, unless either party gives notice to the other (within a prescribed period before the end of that year) that they wish terminate the offtake, and hence it is on an 'evergreen basis'.

I would like to think that this is something that 4CE will clarify in the coming months, but I'm not going to be holding my breath on that one!
