This term sheet can only be a positive thing for any potential funding.
Good to see Bob is maximising/streamlining/prioritising the Great White project while placing all of the 'Company Maker' and 'Blue Sky' projects on the shelf.
It was also great timing for his upcoming investor meet/greet. At least now he has something to talk about moving forward and will take the heat off the debacle that occurred previously.
