Tightening Supply, last time I went to the bank for a loan I said I want 100 million dollars. The banks said No problem, how many tensible assets have you got, Example, house deeds, investment properties, guarantor's so we can sell straight away if your investment goes Bad. I say I only have Clay in the ground worth a lot of Money. Bank says, we Only lend with Saleable assets. I Think you have Risky Project; you want to talk to Regal Fund Managers; they are your only Hope.
