If it helps at all Zesty look at this announcement in conjunction with resources minister Mr Wade Noonan's announcement a few weeks ago that the government is "open for business" in regards to new coal technology's including the Latrobe Valley. He then went on to say that the government would be looking at assisting new coal to fertiliser technology. You don't need a thick black texta to join the dots. It's unfolding before our eyes. A down rampers nightmare.
