Axino Media (the authors) is a financial PR firm tied to an investment firm Axino Capital (both in Germany. Somehow I doubt that this was published without payment by ADX. A bit like the "Research Notes" by the UK broker.
ADX may well have a commercial oil find, but I would wait for and ASX announcement based on logging data.
