According to yesterday's announcement, plant construction will commence this year.
Doesnt this mean that several events will take place this year...such as, completion of feasibility study, jv agreement signed, offtake agreements finalised, coal supply guaranteed, site allocation guaranteed, engineering drawings finalised, funding for plant construction approved etc.
Surprised the penny hasnt dropped yet. The market is still unconvinced that all the above is never going to happen - hence why the share price is lagging at 2c atm.
