when do you think?
i along with many though a few moons ago....BUT then we had the Vic election change up so now Vic gov support is needed.
Any new gov need to be 'looked upon' as taking time and tread carefully with out rash abrupt decisions, reviewing all the options etc etc to please the public eye......need to look politically correct so they cant just arrive on the scene and go tick.....hope fully this period near over and with the pilot plant up grade being crucial to this decision along with the first sale, this provides evidence for the gov and public that its not a risk, where as backing a virgin technology might have been viewed upon as a risk.
