This is a great question? There has been strong SP growth leading up to this announcement. Those who bought leading up to the last announcement did not get the bump they wanted when they sold into it. Did they learn their lesson? Who knows.
My view is the SP should go to 20c on this announcement - this represents a significant de-risking.
I guess we'll know by the end of the day how many day traders there are in this.
