STCS = Storage tanks construction services. I wonder why Elixir has attracted the attention/receiving the services of a company that SPECIALIZES in building massive gas storage tanks. I mean what on earth could they be thinking! It’s not as if it’s related to our core business. Now if they were planning to build an amusement park that would be more believable right?
