'Never let the facts stand in the way of a good down ramp' - hey Eshmoon?

Lets start off by actually agreeing on something 1) the Anglo alleged '70% JV' WAS a vague, confusing, amended, opaque, dreadful, handshake, nudge nudge, wink wink 'agreement' 2) the CRH loan is not a great agreement either (however did not originally start this way)...

For the Newbies - one major 'fact' that you have again 'forgotten' in your in-depth 'analysis' is that these agreements you keep using to down ramp OGX were negotiated by the PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT TEAM most of who 'resigned' in mid December 2018 after pressure from SHAREHOLDERS and were REPLACED by the current new team which includes the largest individual shareholder Smokin Joe Pinto (who is now our Chairman) and our CEO Jeremy 'Show me the Money' Gray - both of whom have aligned their pay to minimum gold production quotas...

Since then we have -
1) found the gold
2) found a method to remove it from the ore
3) reduced costs by about half
4) raised $12.1 million dollars at 12 cents - at a premium to the VWAP!!!
5) Increased volume and share price 600%!!! and
6) we are now finally PRODUCING GOLD!

Think about those inconvenient facts...

So CRH have negotiated (and re-negotiated) a very good loan agreement (for themselves) - so what?.... at 50-60,000 ounces production a year we could pay them off in about 6 months...and be debt free if we wanted.

If, if if.... what if gold falls to $500 an ounce? then CRH stand to make very little profit... - so what?... they took the risk of lending money to a small mining company that was on it's knees in mid-December and will now reap the benefits of that risky investment.

Finally, if you are so negative on OGX why are you WAITING for them to reach 16 cents BEFORE you sell? Why are you waiting for a 30% increase in the SP before you sell? Why not get out on Monday morning if you are clearly so concerned? ....Not down ramping?...hmmm... I would hate to read posts of yours that actually have a 'sell' sentiment...
