I would estimate early-mid December before it's released publicly, so 2-4 weeks. If they're including discussions with J&J in the upcoming announcement then the later time more likely.
They've been waiting on this trial for years they're not going to rush the analysis. They'll want to make it look as good as possible and ensure nothing can be critiqued.
It takes time to analyse and write up the report, agree on next steps to be included in the announcement etc.
I would estimate early-mid December before it's released...
