I have a complete enough understanding of tax havens, thanks. To be fair, I think the fairy world at this stage would be imagining an offshore entity accumulating shares illegally over the course of many months in order to get a better deal for a takeover. The only entity that matters is Molton - so you're either alluding to Molton/associates illegally acquiring shares or passing over the fact that any takeover or asset sale will require Molton's tick of approval.

Yep, that might be happening, but how many months/years deep are we with no action taken? The evidence on paper is pointing to an entity playing with the share price to profit off pip trading. At this stage that entity and the employees of the company are the only ones making money here. I'll happily eat my words if Molton launches a takeover and miraculously acquires a significant extra interest out of nowhere...but until then we have a company with two decent assets, bloated overheads and no clear path forward.
