Given the circumstances the company should have provided an update on why this is taking so long, imo Directors may be breaching their fiduciary duty by allowing this to trade with the market not fully informed.
With JJ retiring, does that now mean he can trade OEL....? NO! as he likely knows more than is being released. Therefore they must release more information on what the heck is going on.
