I have just had a message from an Amy Garten? of Pitcher Partners in Perth. I was advised that, as a shareholder, I would not be given the names of the creditors who are claiming against the company. If that's the law, it is outrageous that shareholders (the owners of the company) can't be told who is claiming against the company. This just stinks. I now see that ASIC is seeking an order to wind up the company. I wonder what the basis of that is. Look's like we'll get nothing back from this investment.
