Yes - seem to be directors specials that were put in the cupboard for later. The question people would be asking is why haven't they done any follow up drilling at Susan and Black Snake?
I have some reservations about "Tennant Consolidated Mining Group" as well given ERM's shockingly bad track record on JV partners.
They have awesome ground, and a lot of potential in their tenements, but its a case of holding your nose about quality of management if people are hitting the buy button.
