By the way touched base with a friend of mine in securities. He said a broker would have underwritten a rights issue to existing shareholders for a raising like this. Especially if free options were on the table for existing shareholders who took up the raising...
Not a great result for long termers in my opinion. They have essentially sold almost 50% of the company to raise $4.5mil ($1.5mil payable now, and $3.0mil payable in Oct 2019).
