Nah mate you are wrong here as with an acquisition like this would have attracted broker interest to underwrite. No problem with larger sophisticated investment placement but the smaller allocation to larger amount of shareholders holding stock should have got same terms to reflect they will have still more dilution. A tool like you does not realise that shareholders are a lifeblood of a spec for support.
