In summary the board of directors has put the interests of the shorts that knew they would be able to cover from a capital raise above the interests of the retail holders participating in the SPP!
I implore all shareholders to vote out the Chairman Rhod Grivas and non-exec director Andrew Shearer at the next possible opportunity. I also request that all shareholders vote down any remuneration report and any incentive plan presented at the next AGM.
This company is in trouble if those two individuals continue to remain at the helm. James Marsh needs a competent board and chairman to support him, not one that works against the interests of the company.
