I've lived in Vietnam for the last 7 years, and Home Care could be an enormous market across Asia. Aged care facilities aren't widely used or accepted here. The onus is on the family and children to care for their parents. While people see investment into aged care facilities as an opportunity, there is a good chance it could skip this step and go straight to the use of health tech to support people to provide home care. The use of mobile phones is extremely high in countries like Vietnam and China, and internet penetration is high, I see no reason why a well priced application which could support them to provide care to their families wouldn't be utilized.
