That someone was probably me. Since this email, however, there was a company presentation where Paul was pretty insistent that the 1.5mg/kg twice weekly would produce the same results - so I reckon they are leaning strongly to that dosage. I can understand why the FDA wants to find the lowest effective dosage, and why the company wants to please the FDA by going with this. My preference would be the 2mg because we know full well that it works, but happy to leave to the experts. If 1.5mg/kg works just as well, then we get the added benefit of knocking 25% off procurement costs of the API from Bene for a course of treatment too.
