Zenox - I understand your point...but also its a weekly dosing, I have asked in the past and I'm under the impression that the formula is also slightly different. Granted it is an Orphan designation and as Eire2011 stated there are chances it will have a different pricing profile. The authorities are aware of the additional overheads in managing and monitoring such programs, the relationships with the specialised doctors and info programs around it and the great impost companies can bear to service a much smaller market.
Lets see.
