I'd argue tree shaking from people who lack the patience or perspective to negotiate the long arduous task IND applications are. The patient will prosper if PAR is successful in its application of course. I do not see this as a set-back beginning to warrant a 10%, let alone 15% fall. But I trimmed my holding on the previous announcement rally so can afford to buy some back. Sell the rallies and buy the dips....
I have re-read this announcement some six times and cannot fathom the market reaction.
