Well in the spirit of DYOR, here's a bit of research for you all....

My wife has long standing and chronic OA in the knuckles of her right hand, which are painful, heavily swollen, and getting worse year on year.

She wasn't eligible for the clinical trial (OA of the knee only), or the SAS, so she got some PPS prescribed by a friendly GP, had it made up by a compounding pharmacy, and self-administered according to Paradigm's published trial dosage.

After six weeks pain reduced, and swelling down to the point that her rings are falling off her fingers (one very annoyingly lost somewhere in the garden). No side effects at all except some slight bruising around injection area (tummy).

I like this company a lot.

Slightly puzzled as to why they did the big capital raising at 65c so soon before these results came out; I would have been happy to take up my share of a rights issue. Too pricey I guess.
