It is healthy to be able to vent frustration every now and then but it won't change anything

ASN and A1 Lithium have just hired a bunch of people and it takes time for them to start having an impact
We can argue the hiring could have started a lot earlier but it took place straight after the CR so it's all about getting your ducks in a row
