Its true, but I don't agree with the logic. Shell's interest is validating and should have put this MC marginally higher than where we were in June last year, which it has not.
The prospect of being awarded a contract that involves an annual wastewater liability of 100 million (mid-case) should also add a bit of hype, which it barely has outside of this forum.
The quarterly might add some confidence if we see revenue up and deficit down from last quarter. I would be pleased to see the deficit pulled down to the 3-400k mark but that may be a little ambitious? I'm hoping Bahay starts alluding to ames contracts that are in the works, as he did with this one since December.
