Given UNV's recent forecasts, which in the past have been a bit on the conservative side, I wil not contemplate selling under 60 cents, if i
decide to sell at all.
The possibility of a capital gain and also small dividends for what is expected to be a profitable medium size coal company, makes a
reasonably compelling case not to sell and most certainly not at 35 cents.
