A good first step would be to look into who the current and previous directors of the Hoeksma SMSF are (ABN 91 012 356 556) the details will be available on the ASIC website for a small fee. If you see the name "Jacoby" in there, then the next step would be to apply to have all of the shares in the top two holders excluded from the voting on the basis of a conflict of interest. That on its own would almost certainly kill this plan to delist more or less instantly.
