Sentiment. This is a growth company. The first commercial agreement is the hardest nut to crack in this industry. Through this agreement the company has validated it's product and customers who were on the sideline can feel confident there has been almost a complete de-risking of product. It's not just one commercial agreement as you say, you're missing the bigger picture here.
