    Either RIO or Tesla has taken a strategic stake. My gut feel is Tesla as the announcement of a plant in Asia Pacific has been foreshadowed. Then Chairperson visits Australia and meets with government official (requesting for approval maybe). Then you have Gangfeng sells down two days ago.....
