Seems like too good an opportunity to miss for them not to do another 'raising' like they just did with MLS using those resulting Canadian tax incentive shares to cross immediately at near half issue price to certain favoured top shareholders to bolster their holdings at fresh lows. Could end up being done at 3c or less.
I mean: if they have that mechanism in place already, why would they not? It seems legal and ASIC clearly cares less regardless.
