We’ve already been through the “environmental/social” concerns stage .... which the company has addressed every point and ticked the boxes.
Gov has also recently announced $30M to be put into the town of LC, of which the people want the project (it will add jobs and rejuvenate the town).
They also clearly appear to have backing of both parties too
Now with this (as far as I’m aware, non-renouncable) PPL .....
LCK is hugely de-risked and I suspect offtakes and other deals won’t be far off.
Again, SP do what it may .... but $100M MC is ridiculously cheap IMO.
