Upon reading the article it seems to me that we could equally qualify for Orphan Drug Designation as well as Breakthrough Therapy.
I'd like to know if there is a reason not to pursue both avenues.
If we achieve FDA approval for Breakthrough Therapy then surely an interested party would be eager to advance a proposal to PAA
