Howdy ID2T - agree kpax will give you all the scientific stuff but as to dumbing down that is my specialty Imagine you have a school bus full of the school footy team on board. The big loud fat kid (yeah I know not PC any more but you get me) up the back is named Rappa. Not your most friendly chap but pretty effective on the filed as long as he only has to run into people and not the length of the field. The quiet kid further towards the front of the bus reading his book is sort of new to the team and is still figuring out his real strengths re getting the ball over the line. So bottom line they are on the same bus, sort of playing the same game but in a different way. As with most extroverts Rappa has a tendency to think he is the be all and end all whereas he is really more inclined to be the all ending if relied on for anything but his obvious attributes. Little bloke up the front is still learning but from all indications may well end up player of the year and along the way earn the respect of his opponents for his ability to win without causing personal harm to anyone including the ref !
