Alright, gentlemen. I've read through the article and have picked up a couple of minor-ish issues with the study design.
@Titans19@IndexInvestorSo, this appears like relatively good results. However, my concern is the trend that is forming between 2.5 hours and 12-weeks. As you can see by these three graphs, the 95% confidence intervals are separate at 2.5 hours, begin to cross at 24 hours, and cross a fair amount at 12 weeks. I'm wondering what the long term implications of taking this drug is? Would those lines continue to cross eachother until there is limited effect between users and non us
ers of the drug?
My next concern is with how they have boasted about statistical significance of their trial when referencing the pressure sensor and the data it can yield, but then ignoring the fact that a data set of 16 is not going to yield significant differences between characteristics. I'm guessing that BMI and ICP would be significantly different if the sample was larger. Given headache frequency is already significantly different, I'm concerned that the two groups differences may have influenced the findings in whatever way - positive or negative.
