    Agree that this is better news than I was expecting.

    I wonder what the "strategic review" might involve? My initial guess was selling it to an existing enterprise customer but not sure how that would work with BoA and VMUK both using the platform. Perhaps a sale to a third party? Maybe ceasing the "direct to SME" business and focussing on the enterprise customers?
