Difficult to guage the value of the transaction at this stage - but as you say they seem incapable of concentrating on what they already have. It might turn out to be an astute acquisition but not that long ago we had great "fanfare" concerning Blue Moon but that has gone nowhere, Challa is finally getting some "love" but they seem to have completely forgotten about Owendale.
Plantina has some good projects / investments but this BOD are not capitalising on them which is reflected in the current share price which is going nowhere at the moment.
