ABS.... 'Asset Backed Securities'?.... I don't quite get this for Plenti... I thought the whole concept of Plenti was that they link retail lenders directly to the borrowers? Cutting out this whole middle layer.... So why do they even need to create this type of product to source their funding? Has their retail lenders market dried up?
