I thought it sounded too good.. still good to rub shoulders with NST, they have plenty of cash, around 400mil I believe and will make a deal happen if it makes sense, and if they were spotted there a couple months ago as if I recall correctly someone mentioned in this thread, it sounds like it's moving in the right direction if they have progressed to an mou.
