Honestly I’m also getting sick of Starpharma trotting out the old ‘Taxotere achieved peak sales of US$3.1B before patent expiry’.

This figure in my opinion is somewhat misleading and totally irrelevant. It’s almost 2024. This peak sales figure was from 2010. The patent expired in 2010. Almost fourteen years ago!

DYOR and find out peak sales of Docetaxel/Taxotere by Sanofi for the latest reporting period for a severe reality check. Why don’t Starpharma use that figure as a reference point for sales?

It’s still my opinion that DEP-Docetaxel will never be a commercial success and is unlikely to ever progress beyond this Phase 2 trial.

P.S. Where’s the Viraleze results? Tick tock tick tock? They wouldn’t be released after market close on a Friday before XMAS shut down would they?
