When a company sits idle for awhile holders state to look into the company in-depth. VAL has changed its name on I think 4 occasions. One week their consolidating then name changing then trying to raise more money creating more shares more dilution. Who wouldn’t tread carefully.
It’s hard to count how many directors over the last couple of years has resigned. There all the way over there in Peru. Do we really know what is going on over there. How much money do they have at hand? Are they looking at a joint venture? If you know please tell me.
