Concrete is so interesting to ADN as it is so cheap to mine. You just remove some sand and that is it.
Other products have a lot, lot more risk and work and timeline behind them, so for ADN to make money and become profitable, which is hugely important if the company is to be truly taken seriously, all they have to do is quarry the material, dry sort some sand, and sell it. At this stage in their evolution that is absolute manna from heaven, an incredible win.
It means financiers have less of a potential hold on the company, and that is a massive plus; ADN destiny remains much more in the hands of ADN as opposed to having to get things rubber stamped by a money lender.
If we can turn profitable with even less capex than first expected, it does indeed make concrete a company maker, and the most valuable to ADN, as it provides the solid platform for all the other blue sky projects to follow.
