For the last 2 years (or more) the company has been repeating the message to shareholders that the money from China is never going to be seen.
Suddenly the cash shows up, but still it's going to be hard to get our hands on it. Give me a break !

It will be presented as "it equates to the potential costs that we would have had to outlay anyway if this deal did not proceed, so we're no worse off".

It stinks to high heaven.

In fact is smells a bit like an ongoing "cash for coverup" arrangement.

I am not making any accustions here, this is just my theory and opinion based on the limited information supplied by the company, which leaves people having to draw their own conclusions.
