If the Directors have resolved that they are proceeding with a wind up of the company on the basis that the company is insolvent, or about to become invsolvent, (even though just last month they declared that the company was solvent), then they are obliged to appoint an administrator.
Have they appointed an administrator ? Does the termination of the CFO and CEO point to this ??
