PLL won't start commercial production for around 178 weeks ( almost 3.5 years ).
LTR won't start commercial production for around 239 weeks ( just over 4.5 years ).
"Commercial Production" is the point at which production switches from test/commissioning levels of production to essentially full production. This is essentially the point at which revenues are first received.
So PLL and LTR 3.5 and 4.5 years from revenue respectively.
