I still don't buy that as a good reason. Because it's delayed only a couple of months from the scoping study, which is perfectly reasonable in line with covid delays, which means that if people sold for that reason they didn't understand or read timeframes when they initially bought in.
I agree with Wombat, more likely to be trader churn
