This was in an email response from James in late 2019:

"We have an excellent relationship with the SA Government who are being very supportive.
Myself and other members of the team meet/talk to them almost every week to ensure that the permitting process goes as smoothly as possible."

So they are on top of it and I can imagine they would want to get this up and running as quickly as possible.

I personally don't think that will mean any shortcuts and come through any quicker than usual. I still expect the same red tape.

So far ADN are keeping to the thematic of under promise/over deliver, hopefully the SA government follows suit.
Happy to surprised to the upside but not holding my breath.
